RATPOD News for 2016

Howdy gang - I just received this information from Larry N7YET about the RATPOD event in June.. Reversing the route so I will have to put up my temporary APRS Digipeater and Crossband repeater at Divide up really early.. Woo Hoo !!!!! Ham Radio Operators setup communications for 750 riders over a 120 plus bicycle ride to make sure all the riders are safe, get help if needed, and keep the Race Headquarters up to date on the lead riders, etc. Just a wonderful event through some beautiful country in SW Montana !!!!

If you go to the link you will notice the web page now says::: DOPTAR !!!!!! Since the course if reversed this year I like the name change !!!!
