| QST QST My name is Jerry Gregoire, kd7wlx. On September 11 the Tour de Cure will be held in Bozeman. We need volunteers to help with communications. The Tour is a 23, 56, and 100 mile benefit bike ride sponsored by the American Diabetes Association. The ride begins and ends at the Headwaters State Park near Three Forks, MT. Camping is available at the park and other local sites. If you can help out with comm support please call Jerry at 406 522 7392 or email me at tojerrygregoire(at sign)yahoo(dot)com. We had a great time last year. The Association will pay gas expenses, just save your receipts.

Tim, I've received a few comments on the .640 machine. It definetely is not hearing like it use to. Many whom were able to get into the machine are now unable to.
Is there any future plans of replacing the old machine?
Does the MT. Royal Repeater association need more support from the HAM community to drum up money to help permantely resolve the repeater issues?

It is not the repeater. I don't know if you read the previous postings but the issue is that Bresnan put in new dishes this summer that block the bottom half of the antenna from the southwest to the south east. Next spring we will put a new antenna up on the top of the mast.

Tim from what you had said earlier putting the antenna up higher should do the trick. The ^3 has a great Foot Print when able to right.

I don't quite understand.. I wonder if this was a typo? "The ^3 has a great Foot Print when able to right."
